Introduction to Football
Indoor football is played by 2 teams of 5 or 6 players, the aim of the game being to kick (shoot) the ball into the opposing goal as many times as possible whilst, at the same time, preventing the opposing team from scoring.
Other than the goalkeepers, players may not use their hands or arms to move the ball.
