6 Sep 2010 - Games are on as normal this week: Just to confirm, we are playing as normal this week. The tube strikes will not affect our games. See you all tonight!
27 Aug 2010 - No games this coming week: Just a reminder that we don't have any games this coming bank holiday week. All members will be given a free game voucher.
5 July 2010 - Dodgeball session stopped, league coming: We've currently stopped our dodgeball session. We will start a new dodgeball league later this year!
17 Mar 2010 - Schedule changes from April: We're going to be making some changes to our weekly sports schedule from 1st April. We will be slow responding to new enquiries for a few days until our new schedule is confirmed.
25 Feb 2010 - Bank holiday changes this year: PlayFit has always been closed for 4 days from Friday to Monday at bank holidays. This year, to allow for staff training, club development, & adequate time off we'll be closed for a full week from the Wednesday before the bank holiday to the Wednesday after the bank holiday. We'll now be giving all members a free game voucher to make up for each game missed, including during our Christmas closure.
25 Feb 2010 - No football or volleyball on Sun 7th March: The sports hall is closed for a school event on Sunday 7th March so there won't be any football or volleyball. All members will receive a free game voucher to make up that game or bring a friend to play for free. As an extra we'll also be organising a free day of football & volleyball in the park in a few weeks!
15 Feb 2010 - Longer, cheaper volleyball sessions: We're increasing the length of our Volleyball sessions and making them cheaper. And we now have a pay-as-you-go option.
4 Feb 2010 - New Basketball game starting in February: Due to the popularity of our Basketball games we're starting another intermediate Basketball session on Tuesdays at 7:15pm, starting on Tuesday 16th February. Click here for details of our sports games.
7 Dec 2009 - Christmas closure: PlayFit will be closed for 2 weeks from Wednesday 23rd December to Wednesday 6th January.
25 June 2009 - Sports schedule change: We're changing our sports schedule on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the benefit of our players. Netball is moving to Thursdays so that our Netball girls have more social time, and Basketball is moving to Tuesdays so that we can more easily move players up as they improve and players may also be able to play some extra games. Please see our sports sessions page for the new timetable.
10 Mar 2009 - Easter closure: PlayFit is closed on all bank holiday weekends (Fri-Mon) so there are no sports this Easter holiday weekend.
26 Feb 2009 - Dodgeball tournament: PlayFit recently organised another dodgeball competition. If you'd like a dodgeball tournament for your corporate or special event then contact us now. We organise the whole event for you!
18 Feb 2009 - Sports schedule changing: Our sports schedule is changing from Friday 27th February. Over the next 2 weeks we will be a little slow getting back to new enquiries, so please bear with us. Please see our sports sessions page for the new timetable.

23 Dec 2007 - Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!: Wishing you a merry Christmas and a happy new year. It's been another great year for our club with new sports sessions, lots more social events, and lots of fantastic new people. We have more good things planned for PlayFit in 2008. Stay tuned!
11 Feb 2007 - 200 players from 70 countries: We now have 200 players in our club: guys & girls aged 18-35, beginners to professional players, from 70 countries!
30 Dec 2006 - Dodgeball tournament in February: We're running an 8 week Dodgeball tournament on Sundays from 4th March. Round up your friends & colleagues into a team of 10 players, and contact us to register!

31 October 2005 - social events growing: Our social events now have 30+ people at each event. Recent social events included a day trip to Bournemouth to play beach volleyball, an evening at the greyhound races, a pool competition, and a large gathering at All Bar One.
