PlayFit basketball

PlayFit is London's social basketball club. We've been bringing together basketball players in London for good quality social games since 2004. If you have good basketball skills and experience, have played for your school or university or local team or club, and want to enjoy weekly games and social events with similar players then PlayFit is the right place for you!

Our basketball sessions

Our basketball sessions start with a little practise time or a couple of drills, followed by friendly but competitive games.

We mix the teams up each week, which ensures every week is different.

Our games are played with skill rather than brute force, and have low contact with minimal fouls, so you can enjoy good quality basketball without going home bruised.

We have a dedicated qualified basketball referee who keeps our games fair and enjoyable.

We encourage communication between our players, and we have team talks at the start and at half-time, so you and your team-mates can play well and improve together.

To join us you need good basketball skills and experience playing a fixed position in a team, a positive attitude, good communication, willingness to play hard on defense as well as offense, and be an all-round team player!

Cost

It's £9 to play as a non-member. After playing twice as a non-member, you become a member to continue playing. Membership costs the same but is paid monthly, and one of the limited places at the session is kept for you. Please see the sessions below for membership cost.
