About game vouchers

PlayFit may give members a free game voucher on the rare occasion that their sports session is cancelled.

What you can use them for

You can use a free game voucher to play at one of our weekly sports sessions. See our sports sessions page for the full list of our weekly sports.

Or you can use your game voucher to bring a friend to play with you at your usual sports session.

Terms & conditions

• A game voucher may be given at the discretion of PlayFit when we're unable to run one of our sports sessions.
• PlayFit may arrange an alternative outdoor game on a different date and you can choose whether you'd rather play at the outdoor game or have a free game voucher.
• To use a game voucher just contact us by e-mail or SMS or phone and we'll check for available places on the date you (or your friend) want to play. At busier sessions and busier times of year we may request you check with us for places after 3pm on the date you want to play. Usually there's never a problem.
• You must be at the appropriate skill level for the sports session you want to play at. If we consider you're not up to the level then you won't be able to play at that session.
• If you use your voucher to bring a friend to play with you then they must also be aged between 18 and 35, and must be at the appropriate skill level for the sports session.
• PlayFit reserves the right to not allow any player to play if they appear to be outside our 18-35 age bracket, or if we consider them to not be up to the skill level. In this case the game voucher will be void and not re-usable.
• Game vouchers have no cash value. There are no refunds. There are no alternatives offered or given.
• Game vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date they are issued to you.
